- We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
- All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense.
- Lahana Swim is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
- Lahana Swim does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia

- Please note that Lahana Swim is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
- All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
- To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
- We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
We want you to absolutely adore your Lahana Swim which is why we offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
- The item was not purchased on sale including promotional sales and online warehouse sales. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- Email email@example.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return
- We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel
- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Lahana Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible
- Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced**
