 POLICY

We want you to absolutely adore your Lahana Swim which is why we offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
  •  The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotional sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 
  •  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Email info@lahanaswim.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return
  2. We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel
  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Lahana Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

  • Please email info@lahanaswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible
  • Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced**

    WORLDWIDE - DHL EXPRESS (any countries other than Australia)

    • DHL Express service WORLDWIDE 3-4 Business days. 

    ** We are unable to ship to Russia or PO boxes**

    • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
    • We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund. You as a customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
    • All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense. 
    •  Lahana Swim is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested a safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.

     CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

    • Please note that Lahana Swim is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
    • All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
    • Please keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays, Lahana Swim is not responsible if you are not notified by your country's postal authority.
    • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
    • We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. 


    If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

    Our sizing varies for each style. Please note that all ranges fall under different categories and color shades may vary from range to range.

    La Luxe Range

    Please see individual product details for sizing and cut tips. The La Luxe range runs true to size. Please note this range is cheeky and minimal. If you prefer more coverage, please move up one size as the tops are adjustable and the bottoms have a beautiful stretch.

    CARING FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL LAHANASWIM

    CARING FOR YOUR SWIMWEAR IS IMPORTANT. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE SIMPLE STEPS TO KEEPING YOUR SWIMWEAR CLEAN AND FRESH.

    • Do not iron or leave in the sun.
    • Hand wash in cold water and rinse thoroughly with cold water, especially if sunscreen is worn. 
    • Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
    • Make sure after leaving the beach that all sand is removed from garment as this can dry out the fabric.
    • Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.
    • Store in a dry place where air frequently flows to avoid moisture from building in garments.
    • Do not leave in direct sunlight- this may cause the color to fade and damage the material.
    • Items with zips we advise to rinse thoroughly and not to leave the item with salt water or sand in/on it.

    Lahana has an amazing relationship with DHL Express to help deliver your beautiful pieces WORLDWIDE in 3-4 Business days.

    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED? Chevron Down

    Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we can't make any changes. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@lahanaswim.com immediately as we only have a small window to be able to do so.

If you wish to return your item, please email info@lahanaswim.com with your order number, full name and reason for return within 14 days.

    Once we receive your return request, we will respond to confirm your return, along with a returns form to include in your parcel.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Chevron Down

    We aim to have all orders shipped out within 24-48 hours of them being placed. Any orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

    I need to cancel my order Chevron Down

    Please email info@lahanaswim.com with your order number immediately so we are able to do this. If you order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. However, we are happy to have them returned back to us for store credit!

    Can I return an item I purchased on sale? Chevron Down

    If you are located outside of Australia, you may be charged duties and taxes once your parcel arrives to your country.
